Beyond transactional intermediation

On the commercialization side, The Blob Company does not operate as a transactional intermediary collecting a success fee between a seller and a buyer. The positioning is that of a structuring and development platform for data center projects — built on origination, de-risking and value creation across complex infrastructure assets

Conventional intermediation typically engages once the asset already exists with a relatively stabilised perimeter — land identified, power capacity known, regulatory status advanced, product clear, sale strategy defined. The role is mainly to connect acquirers or tenants and smooth the transaction.

The Blob Company engages upstream of that phase — often when the project is still raw land, a real-estate opportunity or a strategic intuition. The commercialization platform is fed by the progressive transformation of standard land into an investable, commercializable data center asset.
