Powered land, site selection and owner-side delivery
Powered land is a site where grid capacity is identified, reserved or contracted, so a data center can realistically be energized on a known date. Beyond electricity, it requires land control, zoning and permitting feasibility, water and cooling options, fibre routes and a buildable layout. Without a credible power position, a site is land, not powered land.
